We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended the official opening of the Physical Play Hub at St. Patrick’s Accommodation Centre.
This new space will provide babies, toddlers, young people, and their families with access to a wide range of open-ended play opportunities, supporting children’s development through meaningful and enjoyable play experiences.
Designed with children’s ideas at its heart, the hub offers an inclusive environment that encourages physical, sensory, creative, and imaginative play for all to enjoy.
We would like to give special thanks to Collette Deeney, Monaghan CYPSC Coordinator, for her continued support and strong commitment to promoting the importance of play.
The event also marked the launch of NCN’s play initiative, Ceart chun Súgartha (Right to Play), along with the release of our Play Report, highlighting our ongoing commitment to championing every child’s right to play.
